Information about winter camp in Zákupy

Winter camp is coming up in a few days and we have some useful information for all participants:

- We will meet on Thursday 1st February 14:30 at the gym of Vybíralova Primary School. Then we will move to the bus stop Sídliště Černý Most ( map ).
- Do not forget to bring a declaration of infection-free, which is mandatory for each participant regardless of the age - forms!
- Upon arrival there will be unloading of materials, accommodation and dinner at about 6pm. The first training session will be in the evening.

- Training groups will be divided as follows:
- 10th + 9th kups
- 8th + 7th + 6th groups
- 5. kupy and higher

Each group will have its own training program with the opening and closing part of the training being mostly common. Equipment side - there will be paws available, but if you have your own, bring it. Protectors are only needed for 7th kup and above.

We have meals in the school cafeteria, which is right below the dorm. The hall is about 30 metres outside - essential to walk in warm clothes, boots and a winter hat. Meals are 3 times a day plus a second dinner is available. There is a local shop about 200 metres away if this is not enough for anyone.

A drink is required for training, in addition to a dobok, and a sports jacket or white t-shirt under the dobok is recommended.

Return - on Sunday we will leave Zákupy around 14.30 and if there are no traffic complications we will arrive at Černý Most after 16.00. We will write the exact time of departure in our portal in the form of a comment.
